If you are considering whether to undertake counselling or therapy you will want to find the right counsellor with the type of approach which will prove to be the most effective for you.
There are many different types of counselling and therapy - some such as Psychodynamic Counselling are reflective while others such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) offer a more structured approach. Each counsellors will also have their own individual approach.
This website is intended to provide you with some information on counselling in Basingstoke and Hampshire, on different approaches to therapy and my practice. I hope it will be helpful to you.
I am an experienced and qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor and a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor working with clients from a range of backgrounds on many different issues. I work from pleasant offices situated within a listed building set in attractive parkland on the outskirts of Basingstoke in North Hampshire. The location is easy to find and offers good access and ample parking.
